A placid introduction to Sea Kayaking on this regions most pristine Estuarine System. Entering at Erowal Bay you will paddle into the sweeping views of the St Georges Basin and the Pigeon House range in the distance This Guided Trip will take you across the expanse of this waterway towards the Western Shoreline of the Booderee National Park and the Casuarina Coast. Common sites on this trip are Sea Eagles, Pelicans and Herons. Stopping at one of the many grass clearings with sandy shores for something to eat, to relax, swim.  It is here that you will notice the smaller bird life of the area including Blue Wrens, Silver eyes and Honey eaters. This Tour is perfect on Hot Summer Days when the Northeast Winds otherwise blow out the Jervis Bay Waterway, offering a relaxed, sheltered relaxed experience and the regions hidden secrets.

Please Note : This Guided Trip is often run in the opposite direction to take advantage of forecast wind and tide conditions. Your Professional Sea Kayaking Guide will advise you of these conditions at the start of your day.

Two relaxed Kayaking Sessions of approximately 1.25 hours with a well deserved rest break on a magnificent picnic site allowing time for a swim and morning tea served up with plunger coffee, freshly baked cake and fresh cut fruit.

Just sit back with friends, throw a Frisbee around on the beach, or take a swim or a snorkel if that’s what you desire. This is a superb social outing and an activity that will become a regular component of your Jervis Bay Marine Park visit.
